Expand Account Email Not Found (Apple Devices)

If you've signed up for our services using Apple's 'Hide My Email' feature, you'll need to provide us with the email address generated by the Apple system. Follow these steps:

1. Open the app on your Apple device.

2. Click on the three people icon at the bottom to access the menu.

3. Navigate to your profile at the top of the page.

4. Locate the email address registered in the app.

5. Copy the entire address in text format and save it for your records.

Provide that copied email and provide it (in text format, not screenshots) when contacting our support team.
