When Courtesy Access Can Be Applied:
Courtesy access may be granted under the following circumstances:
- Invitation: You received an official invitation offering courtesy access.
- Program Purchase: You purchased an applicable program, and the offer for courtesy access was mentioned by the trainer or organizer during registration, attendance, or published in ads or bulletins.
- Gift of Access: Someone gifted you access to the app.
If any of the above applies, please contact our support team with the necessary details, and we’ll gladly apply the access to your account.
Information We Need:
To help us process your request, please provide:
- Your Registered* Email Address: The email linked to your Expand App account.
- Offer or Invitation: Forward the email containing the offer or invitation for courtesy access.
Please note: Each user must forward their own individual offer, unless the offer email explicitly mentions multiple users and includes the registered email addresses for each person.
Special Note on Program Attendees:
Our support team does not always have information on offers or rebates provided to program attendees, particularly those offered in programs held abroad. If you believe you were offered courtesy access as part of a program, we recommend contacting the program organizer or trainer directly for confirmation.
What to Do If You Haven't Received an Offer:
If you haven’t yet received an offer, but believe you are entitled to one, you can reach out to the event organizer or program trainer. If an offer is made, simply forward the details to our support team with the registered email address, and we will be happy to apply it.

If you are not a registered user, you will need to register to the Expand App first, please follow the link below for more details on signing up to the Expand App.
