App Not Recognizing Previous Subscription

If you're encountering an issue where your active subscription is not being recognized within the app, there's a high possibility that you might have inadvertently created a separate account using a different email address. This could lead to discrepancies in reflecting your subscription status accurately.


In some cases, if you're using an Apple device, this issue might arise due to changes in your login method. For instance, if you initially set up your account using an email address but later logged in through your Apple ID without sharing your email, it could result in a subscription disconnect. Since subscriptions are tied to specific email addresses, we may encounter difficulties associating your subscription under these circumstances.


The solution to rectify this situation is relatively simple: log out of the app and then log back in using the email address linked to your subscription.


To initiate the logout process, follow these steps:


1. Open the app and access your user profile screen. You can find this by navigating to the third tab in the bottom navigation.

2. On your user profile screen, you'll see your name displayed at the top.

3. If a message prompts you to set up your profile, dismiss it by tapping the white "x" located at the top right corner.

4. Tap on your name to access your complete profile.

5. Scroll down within the profile screen until you spot the logout button.

6. Tap the logout button to complete the logout process. You will be redirected to the login screen.


By logging out and then logging back in using your subscribed email address, you should be able to resolve the issue of your paid subscription not being recognized by the app. This action should help realign your account details, ensuring that your subscription status is accurately reflected within the app.
