You should be able to access your account from any device with an internet connection. If you experience any issues, please try using different browsers or check your browser settings to ensure they allow access.
To access your Purchased Downloads...
If this is not your first time trying, please clear your browser caches before following the steps below.
1. Please log in to https://my.monroeinstitute.org using your registered email address and password.
2. Once logged in, navigate to the 'Downloads' tab. There, you'll find a comprehensive list of all your downloadable content.
If you are using PC/Mac or a large screen device, the Downloads tab can be located on the left hand-side of the page.

If you are in a mobile or small screen device, the Download area will be found in a form of an icon at the bottom of the page.

Downloading and Accessing Files
Your download files are conveniently accessible from any device. If your download consists of multiple files, they will be bundled into a compressed (Zipped) folder. To access the MP3 files contained within, you will need to unzip this folder and save its contents.
Occasionally, your browser will open an audio player instead of downloading the file. This is a browser specific or local setting that we can't control - we ask the browser to download it, but it can be overwritten.
Unfortunately we don't provide support for any browser but you can always contact your browser's developer for help.
As courtesy, we have found some example of browser downloads settings on Chrome browser, please follow the link below for details:
