Where do I find downloaded files in Expand?

Modified on Mon, 24 Jun at 12:51 PM

In our app, similar to how offline content is managed in platforms like Netflix, the music files you download are stored in a protected folder that is specifically related to our application. This design is intentional to ensure the security and copyright protection of the content.

When you download music for offline listening through our app, these files are saved in a format and location that is not directly accessible by users or any other applications. This is a common practice for many streaming services to protect against unauthorized distribution and to respect the copyright of the artists and creators.

To access and play your downloaded music, you simply need to open our app when your phone is offline, and you will see a list of your downloads. Our app is designed to provide a seamless experience for playing your downloaded tracks while offline, without the need for accessing the actual file location.

Please note that because these files are copyrighted and protected, they can only be played within our app and are not transferable to other devices or media players. This ensures that the music remains within the legal framework of digital rights management.

If you have any more questions or need further assistance, please feel free to reach out. We're here to help ensure you have the best experience with our app.
