If you're experiencing issues with making a purchase on our online store, please follow the steps below to resolve the problem:


  • Visit the Monroe Institute Website:  

Go to https://my.monroeinstitute.org/ 


  • Log In to Your Online Store Account: 

Use your registered email address and password to log in.


  • Navigate to the Store:
  1. After logging in, you will see a sidebar menu and the Monroe logo.
  2. Click on the Monroe logo. This action will redirect you back to the store while keeping you logged in.
  3. Confirm you are logged in by checking if "MY ACCOUNT" appears on the top menu instead of "LOGIN/REGISTER."


  • Search and Purchase:

Now that you are back in the store and logged in, you should be able to search for and purchase any item of your choice by following the process and prompts.
