The Expand app lets you customize your listening experience when using the Timer feature by combining different signals with background sounds. Here's how to find and select your preferred combination.
Steps
- Log in to the Expand app.
- Scroll down and tap the Timer icon in the footer.
- You'll see two sections: SIGNALS and BACKGROUND.
- In each section, swipe sideways to browse the available options.
- Tap an option in each section to set your combination.
About "Focus" signals (Focus 10, 12, 15, 18, and 21)
When you select a Focus signal — you'll see an additional toggle that lets you switch between Hemi-Sync® and Monroe Sound Science® frequencies. Choose whichever you'd like to use for your session.
This toggle only appears for Focus signals; other signals do not include this option.
Tip: Your selections will apply to your Timer session, so feel free to experiment with different signal and background combinations to find what works best for you.
